Let God be God: A Trusting God Bible Study

This Trusting God Bible Study will walk you through learning to trust God completely by letting go to let God be God in your life. We will begin by learning who God is, His nature, and then discover who you are in Christ. By the end of the study, I’m confident that you will have a new perspective on trusting God.

The Bible speaks much of the importance of trusting God. My favourite text is Proverbs 3:5-6,

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.” NKJV

In the early years of my faith, God has shown Himself faithful to me in the small issues. This allowed me to trust Him in more issues, and He was faithful in those as well. I can now trust Him in everything, even when a mass was seen in an Ultrasound and CT scans. God is faithful. The mass is nothing to be concerned with.

Sometimes we trust others quickly, only to have them disappoint us or betray us. That can certainly lead to not trusting God. Can I encourage you that God is completely faithful, completely trustworthy, and completely omniscient, knowing all things about you? He knows you better than you know yourself. And, He wants you to trust Him so He can lead you to the right decisions of His will for you.

If you are having trust issues, don’t you think it’s time to turn to God for help? Let Him be God in your life. You’ll always have free choice. But I’m positive that once you start to trust God in the little things, you’ll be able to trust Him in everything.

Subscriber Resources

I really don’t want to give away any more of the contents of this study, because I would love for you to work through it yourself, learning to trust God more and more.

This study guide, and all other study guides, are available by signing up for my emails, as they are available to subscribers only.

When you sign up for my monthly newsletters, you will also receive three gifts plus access to the Subscriber Resources Library.

Both Libraries, Free Resources, and Subscriber Resources are free to everyone; however, the Subscriber Resources Library requires a sign-up as it is password-protected.

Are you wondering what the difference is between these two libraries? The easiest way to explain it is to say that all Bible Study Guides will be in the Subscriber Library, and everything else will be available in the Free Resources.

Once you sign up, you will receive an email to confirm your subscription. After that, you will receive your first of three emails, and in it, you will receive not only the first gift of a devotional called Jesus in the Morning, but you will also receive the password for the Subscriber Resource Library.

Hope to see you soon!
