Hi! I’m Cindy, your blog host and Bible teacher!
I’ve been a Christ-follower since 1981, so that’s been a long time. My! How time has flown! Seems like yesterday when I began teaching a class of boys in Sunday School. Since then, I’ve taught children of all ages/grades in Sunday School and Kids Church, as well as teenagers and adults, mostly women. Currently, I lead a small women’s Bible study group, and we have been diving deep into the prophetic books of Daniel, Revelation, Ezekiel, and now a book called Prayer Warrior by Stormie Omartian.
Back in 2007, or maybe 2006, our church learned to study the Bible using the Inductive Bible Study Method (IBSM). Representatives from Precept Ministries spent two days teaching us this amazing study method that I have come to love and still use.
When I sensed God’s call to include blogging in my teaching ministry, I began writing Bible study material based on the inductive study method. My latest study material incorporates a more relaxed version of ISBM. We still get the full impact with fewer markings in the bible.

I’m not done writing, as I have other guides in the works. But everything takes time, right?
I’ve been a widow; however, God has blessed me with a new husband! We both serve Him in our various ministries and enjoy life together.
I have an amazing testimony of God healing me from grief.
You can sense my passion for studying the Bible, but I also want to encourage your spiritual growth, help you stand firm in your belief, equip you to discern the times, and remind you to test the spirits so you can stand your ground. These days require believers to stay alert to the spiritual battle around us. We need to be ready in prayer and know the Word. I want to help you grow strong in your faith so you can be victorious in Him.
